Physical
exercise means the regular movement of the limbs of our body according to rules
. It keeps our body healthy , strong and active and mind jolly for any work .
It is very useful to us for the improvement of our health and to lead a happy

There are
different kinds of physical exercises . They are walking , running , swimming ,
racing , riding , gymnastics and many kinds of indoor and outdoor games and
sports . But all kinds of physical
exercises are not suitable for all people .
Walking is the
best exercise for all in all circumstances . Walking in the morning refreshes
our body and mind . Swimming and walking are the best and easiest exercises for
people of all ages . Racing , cycling , riding , gymnastics and many kinds of
indoor and outdoor games and sports offer ample opportunity for the exercise of
our body . The young , students and members of well organized clubs are fit for
these kinds of exercises .
Physical
exercise is the precondition of a sound health and sound mind . It builds up
our body as well as our personality . It keeps us physically fit , tension
free, cheerful , strong and active . It improves our power of digestion and
blood circulation . It teaches us unity , obedience , discipline and
punctuality .
There are many
people who do not take physical exercise . They fall a victim to many diseases
. Life becomes dull to them .
